MARINE CORPS BASE QUANTICO, Va. - Executive Assistant Director Greg Scovel and members of NCIS leadership hosted Mr. Frederick Stefany, Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Research, Development and Acquisition (RDA) and his staff. The visit provided an opportunity for NCIS to demonstrate its multi-layered approach to protecting the Department of the Navy’s (DON) most critical technologies and clearly outlined NCIS’ critical counterintelligence support to all facets of DON RDA programs.
