BALTIMORE (Dec. 13, 2025) - A Naval Criminal Investigative Service Special Agent, assigned to the Protective Services Field Office, provides close security for Honorable John C. Phelan, Secretary of the Navy, under the executive protection coverage during the 126th Army-Navy game at MT&T Stadium in Baltimore, Dec. 13, 2025. NCIS protective operations agents specialize in protective operations, and are specifically trained to anticipate dangers, plan safe escape routes, and respond instantly.
