2023 NCIS Senior-Level Supervisor’s Training Program

MARINE CORPS BASE QUANTICO, Va. - NCIS Director Omar Lopez visited with NCIS’ newest cadre of GS-15 senior leaders at the 2023 NCIS Senior-Level Supervisor’s Training Program on July 13 in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Director Lopez described the meaning behind NCIS’ ethos of “People First, Mission Always” and its correlation to today’s enterprise transformational changes, including associated manpower challenges, organizational growth, recruitment, onboarding, and retention. He also emphasized NCIS’ dedication to enhance workforce development opportunities at all levels to help grow our leaders of tomorrow.
