MARINE CORPS BASE QUANTICO, Va. - Naval Criminal Investigative Service Director Omar Lopez hosted Brigadier General Rhett Cox, Commander, Army Counterintelligence Command (ACIC) at NCIS Headquarters on July 10, 2023. Both NCIS and ACIC work in partnership to detect, identify, neutralize, and exploit national security threats vectored to undermine the strategic advantage of our warfighters. Director Lopez and Brigadier General Cox met to discuss enhancing collaboration initiatives and reaffirmed a long-standing interagency partnership!
