Angelique McBee, Marine Corps Base, Public Works Officer (center) and Mark Russ, Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) Deputy Director of Operational Support cut a ribbon during a ceremony for the grand opening of the new NCIS firing range. The completion of the RKB Range and Ammunitions Magazine bridges a training venue gap and will significantly improve the training opportunities for law enforcement personnel in the National Capital Region.
