NCIS seeks information on murders of Marines Lawrence Martens and Rodney Padilla

— NCIS is asking the publics for help in solving the murders of Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Lawrence “Larry” Martens and Lance Cpl. Rodney “Rocky” Padilla. Martens and Padilla were found shot and beaten at a parking lot at Maunalua Bay Beach Park in Honolulu, Hawaii, on September 7, 1980.Martens and Padilla were last seen leaving the Marine Corps Base in Kaneohe for a night out on September 7, 1980. They never returned. Their bodies were found the next day at the unpaved parking lot at Maunalua Bay.
