The DONCAF Customer Service Representatives are standing by ready to respond to your questions; however, before you contact us, please check our list of Frequently Asked Questions or the rest of the web site to see if your problem or question has already been addressed. If you still need assistance, please contact Customer Service by e-mail or phone. The e-mail address and phone numbers are provided below. We ask that you do not submit questions regarding the status of a clearance or questions regarding a specific case via e-mail.

The Customer Service Office (CSO) is open from 0700 to 1500, Monday through Friday. The CSO is closed on all Federal holidays and may be closed at other times due to matters beyond our control. All initial inquiries, verifications, and/or other requests for status or information should be directed to our CSO. Depending upon the specifics of your request, your call may be directed to the appropriate adjudicator.
