The NCIS mission is to investigate and defeat criminal, foreign, and terrorist intelligence threats to the United States Navy and Marine Corps, wherever they operate: ashore, afloat, or in cyberspace.

NCIS Most Wanted Fugitives:  Anyone with information concerning these individuals should take no action themselves, but instead immediately contact the nearest NCIS Office or local law enforcement agency.

NCIS Missing Persons:  The Naval Criminal Investigative Service works closely with the local police departments as well as the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) in investigating the disappearance of any active duty service member or their dependent, when foul play is suspected or suspicious circumstances are present.
